About the Gym

I run my personal training studio from my home gym in Altona Meadows.

The studio is divided into two areas: a Cardio Room and a Weight Room.

Cardio Room

This is where each session typically begins. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 to 30 minutes early (depending on fitness level) to complete a warm-up independently. The room is equipped with four cardio machines:

  • Treadmill

  • Air Ski

  • Air Bike

  • Rowing Machine

Weight Room

This is where the majority of the session takes place, focusing on strength training and stretching. The space includes:

  • Squat Rack

  • Weights & Benches

  • Mats & Bars

  • Functional Trainer (Cable Machine)

With a structured and well-equipped environment, my goal is to help you build strength, improve fitness, and achieve your personal health goals.
